"Nothing but good things to say. Have been a happy customer at this location specifically for around a decade. Despite moving cities several times in CO, I still choose to keep my business at this office, if that says anything. There have been several instances where they've gone out of their way to help me with particular vehicles and I appreciate them greatly. They've helped me through several motorcycle incidents as well. They have been more than fair and easy to deal with when the time actually comes to need them. Lexi has been a particularly helpful associate, however I haven't dealt with anyone there that has been anything less than wonderful to work with!"

"I was lied to and was responded with ZERO accountability from Marinda Simpson State Farm Agency. Their lack of communication and wrongful sales representation caused a billing error which created a severe financial HARD SHIP in my life. Over 1200$ in a period of 3 months to be exact! I asked for answers and I was scrutinized and made to feel like it was my fault, even though it was not. After realizing the monthly bill was more than I was promised and had agreed to, I was told it was “possibly a one time increased fee and I was advised NOT to change anything until they figure it out WHICH they never figured it out until I had to call again in MAY when the bill was nearly 400$” now I’m delinquent due to a billing error and lack of communication when I was PROMISED that I would be taken care of when I initially upgraded my coverage. Loyalty is something that I honor and this agency doesn’t honor its commitment for its longtime customers. Considering how many new positive reviews this agency is receiving I can see why they let me slip through the cracks without remorse for the hardship this miscommunication has caused."
