"I have yet to make a claim so don't know how that will go, but so far my experience has been good. They are quick to answer calls, easy to get ahold of. They handle business with a sense of urgency and don't waste my time at all, but also I never feel rushed or like I can't ask questions. I worked out an auto policy recently and they were very patient as I asked what the price changes would be with the different options I had to choose from. They are up in Foco and I'm down in the Denver area but that hasn't made a difference."

"I contacted this State Farm office when I received an unexpectedly high increase from my current insurance carrier on both my auto and townhome insurance. I worked with Sarah, who provided prompt, helpful attention to my questions and needs. Although State Farm's auto insurance was still higher than my current insurance carrier's rates (a big surprise for me), the townhome insurance was significantly lower than what I was paying for comparable coverage. I had a competitive quote from a third carrier for the townhome policy, but I decided to go with State Farm and pay a higher rate. Why? Because Sarah helped me understand that my current coverage probably did not provide enough protection for my home and personal goods. She took the time to run an apples-to-apples quote, and took the extra step to run a second quote to show what I would pay if I decided to increase my coverage parameters to offer more/better protection. Even with the coverage increase, State Farm's rate was still lower than my current carrier's new quote - with less benefits than State Farm. She did a really nice job of keeping the tone of the conversation as "informative" versus "pressure". I really enjoyed working with her, and Sarah did the best job of providing value for me as any insurance agent in my recent memory. This agency is worth checking out!!"

"Chloe was phenomenal was able to sit down with us and help us through Our insurance needs and saving us $53 a month on our auto insurance getting us from $1000 deductible to a $500 deductible. We also were able to get a higher coverage with full glass replacement, and a few other things that I was not covered by with my previous insurance and she was able to do it all in the same day. I had been with Allstate for 7 years through multiple states and when I transferred my insurance from Florida back to Colorado, it was a complete nightmare.
